rocks are parts of mountains...they represent soooo much.

they began big and became small but they never lost their identity...like us...they are a small part of the whole world.

like us- some shine; others are rough to make some things smooth; some shine to make us notice them and others hide behind dust and dirt to be discovered later.

all in all- a wonderful world of discovery...if we only take the time to dig deeper than the surface of anything...we might just find a diamond that once was a lump of coal.

I've been collecting rocks for soo long... My family used to take trips.....with buckets and scoops as kids...and we go rock hunting....


A few years ago, I headed into Canada....to one of N Americas largest Amythest mines..... to pick and search and dig...til my heart was content....

I didnt make any jewelry...I just collected..them....brought them home...and put them into my pile........
